A quality company with AMAZING customer service. I was floored by how good their customer support team was.

Wanted to play a game with a friend. I see a good deal, purchase it and get stuck in the purgatory of manual review. Never experienced such a poor process before. Still waiting..

When I bought a game, it asked me to create an account by just entering an email and confirming it, so I put in my email and confirmed it, then instead of asking me to create a password it said it "sent a password to my email", but I never received this email.

I tried to create an account again with the same email, and it said I had already created an account with this email.

I tried resetting my password, and then it just said it sent a password to that email, but again, I never received it.

(This email address was receiving emails from other websites in the meantime btw, it wasn't the address that was faulty)

I don't know what to do, the game was only $5, and I know I was dumb for not confirming that I had an accessible account before confirming the purchase.

But either way, it still feels like I just got scammed.

Willing to go beyond company policy for special cases, providing a full refund despite being outside of their refund policy for something that was of no fault of their own, but the developers of the game. Top notch service.

I promised Tom, from GamersGate, that I would review my recent experience? He went above and beyond to solve my issue. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and I will definitely purchase from GG again! Thank you, Tom!

I bought a game to activate on steam a few days ago, but then when I tried to activate it, steam told me that I had the game in my library. I have a lot of games in my library, sometimes buy them when I see a discount to play later and apparently this was one of them I had just forgotten.
I contacted the support, and normally they do not refund as I had already viewed the steam-key, and just explained the situation asking whether they could refund me. Rep explained the policy but also said he would check with his manager to see if they could make an exception. Next day, I got an email that I was refunded. It was my mistake, and they did not need to do it. Of course it would sting if they did not though, so I appreciated that they recognized an honest mistake and did the right thing.

I had purchased a little-known game 5yrs ago on GamersGate and when I got the chance to finally (yep...) redeem it Steam said the key was already used or something of sorts. Contacted GamersGate (Tom from support was downright.. supportive lol) and they rapidly replied that the game wasn't on their store anymore and no keys were gonna be provided. Since it was a small indie title, well, it didn't hurt. So they gave me a nice 50% coupon and I gladly got a game I was way more interested (it was already 60% off + I had 50% off on top of that) and I'm way more happy now heh.

Purchased a game a second time to gift to a friend. My purchase went through and was put into manual review and I was unable to access my Steam code. This is the same card and address I use to buy hundreds of games on Steam and Humble with.

The review took longer than our limited time to play together. Obviously I will be purchasing on more reliable platforms in the future.

I got the key right after purchased. The support team is so awesome, I contact them to request a refund, they respond so fast and I also a discount voucher for my next game.

I tried to purchase Assassin's Creed® Valhalla Deluxe Edition on this website. I received a link for a download that NEVER worked. It is 100% scam.

Everything was great, got the key immediately after payment. Very good price too. I've also enjoyed reading the GG replies to negative reviews, both hillarious and professional. :D

Good site for sales with big discounts and decent staff that provide prompt discount coupon codes for new and upcoming games. I just wish they updated the regional pricing for some of it's publishers like Astragon Entertainment, Neocoregames, Shirogames, Dotemu, Iceberg Interactive, Focus Home Interactive, Namco Bandai, 11 but studios, Nacon, Akupara Games, Giants Software, Headup games, Microids, Plugin Digital etc. All of the mentioned studios sell games twice, sometimes thrice as much as their prices on Steam. So figure out where I'll buy these games on sale. Even regular price on Steam is better than sale prices for such games on here.

I tried to buy a key for $2.99 and I paid through Paypal. They somehow decided that the transaction might be fraudulent and that I was probably going to steal that $2.99 from them! How these people have a positive rating on here is beyond me, unless they're buying reviews like so many other companies.

I bought a piece of DLC for a Steam game for under $5 ($3.69 to be exact) and the purchase was flagged as being under review. I've bought keys from a bunch of different sites like Green Man Gaming, Humble Store and Fanatical and I always get what I paid for almost immediately but for some reason GamersGate decided my purchase of three fiddy was sus and needed to be held up. Luckily I only spent a fiver so if I end up in limbo like a lot of other people seem to be I'm not really out by that much. But yeah, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone; especially since there's dozens of other sites that offer the same service without the hassle.

I have been using this website for some years, it has been going always perfectly in all senses. No problem with payments, fast delivery of keys, good price, etc.

Recently I had a problem that the publisher of the game didn't resolve and GamersGate had the detail to refund my purchase.

I would recommend this website to anyone looking not only for good prices but for a official reseller and good customer support.
